Hola! It looks like blogging might turn into a weekend-exclusive activity, what with all the homework I have on week days.
I just spent the night at my best friend's house. It was pretty low-key, we just talked about stuff and watched Finding Nemo, w00t. I'm so enamoured with her downstairs bathroom, it's so nice. It has heated floors, and I love the way the toilet flushes (it doesn't have a flap like ours does) and the way the water comes out of the tap in the sink. It's the most beautiful flowing water I've ever seen.
I'm trying to convince my friend Moss to come with me to university -- not that she doesn't want to go to university, just that I want her to come to the same university as me, that is University of Waterloo. I'm thinking now that I might get a suite-style residence, even though I can't cook to save my life and have no idea how to take care of myself. Moss wants to take psychology -- go all the way to the top, you know, and get a PhD and become a therapist -- which I think is ridiculous, but it's her life.
Oh, hey! You know what's cool? Jon Stewart is gonna be returning to host the 2008 Oscars! I don't really know why I watch the Oscars (I don't really like heavy, issue-fraught movies) but Stewart would make it all worthwhile. Ellen Degeneres was all very well and good, but I'm not a huge fan of her and I don't find her that funny. Jon Stewart, on the other hand, is my idol.
My dad brought home some extra Propel fitness water from his climb up Mt. Marcy (tallest mountain in the Adirondacks -- I've climbed the second tallent, Algonquin). Yummy. And refreshing.I... don't have anything else to say. Idle day, my dear.
