I'm looking for the Cameron woman's killer. Some guy with a black face-covering mask or something. Had a gun, three times, etc... fell out a window. Woulda made this a lot easier if he'd hit the ground and stayed there.

Lazy? Insane? Clever? If he had used a superpower to kill the victim, his identity would have been easier to determine.
