It feels as if the City's repeating itself. Curses, murder--an endless cycle. It's tiresome.

The latest rash of murders apparently concluded this evening. Information regarding the whereabouts of First Lieutenant Rip van Winkle or the names of others involved in the murders and Millennium as it currently exists in the City would be appreciated ( Read more... )

Most of what I know has been left public in this entry. I didn't make the report of the first in this series of murders public. Here's a copy of that:

Location of Body: Xanadu

Cause of Death: Total hypovolemia
Additional: Fatal blood loss via roughly circular puncture wounds. Postmortem evisceration. The body was found approximately one to three hours after the victim's death suspended in a tree. The tree was marked with a red swastika (blood). Fingerprints were retrieved from the victim's network device, which was used to transmit the original video ( ... )

It was you who my sources told me to contact, Pendleton. Indeed, Rip van Winkle was from my world. She has been dead for thirty years in my timeline as everyone else who belonged to Millennium.

I know of this "Grell" creature, he frequently contacts one of my friends to my chagrin. My associates are unable to track Rip van Winkle's location, ability that I doubt is hers. Would this be Road Camelot's assistance who manages to evade us? What else can she do besides injuring people with candles?

What do you know about Grell? We haven't spoken much. I know more about Road, who has a variety of powers--an ability to create what appear to be living dreams, rapid healing, supernatural strength. It's too easy to underestimate her.

Unfortunately, being a nuisance isn't a punishable offense.

I'm not sure how her dreams work, but any physical injuries sustained in them are real enough.
