beer - or a bit more (25 grams of alcohol a day seems to be
optimal). From the article, "You will actually be noticeably healthier than a teetotaller if you down a little more than a pint a day on average, and as healthy as a teetotaller if you drink a bit more."
I'm left wondering if this means I can bill my company's healthcare plan for a bottle of wine, though.
