A seven-month old girl is in hospital in Argentina, after her parents shot her and her two-year-old brother before turning the gun on themselves in an apparent murder-suicide pact, reportedly because of concerns over global warming. She survived on her own for three days before being discovered by police who were alerted by worried neighbours.
