Not so much a request as a plea.

It's been awhile since I've coded my own journals (last time I did was when I started this one fresh a handful of years ago) and even though I used to know the S1 lj-frankenstein version of CSS/xhtml I am more than a little rusty now that I've switched to S2 (only switched because of display issues with S1).

Anywho, the request.

I am currently using the S2 styleExpressive Writer's Block Melon by chasethestars And the things I like about it are this:

The font, as well as it's size and colour.
The neutral tones.
The varied font size of the recent tags displayed in the side bar.
The location of friends/archive/profile links.

I am however very open to change. I'm not asking that someone else's code be tampered with, just making a note of my favoured aspects of the design.

Things I'd like:
-A custom header to sit behind the friends/archive/profile links.
-Preferrably vectored (I am twiddling with some of my own images and if anything comes to fruition I will be more than happy to share).
-Does not have to be to scale, could be smaller, larger, whichever.
-Preferrably, the colour scheme would play off of it as well.
-A little space between the outer columns and the center one (not a mad expanse of space, just enough to note the separation).
-Inspired by these (I saw them and just absolutely fell in love with the dried/frozen blossoms):

Other than that, I'd just like to note that the journal style can absolutely change, and not to feel restricted by the fact that my journal is only a basic account. If I find something that I like/love enough but that only paid accounts can have, it won't be an issue.

If there is anyone out there who is willing to generously offer their time & expertise to a collaborative project I would greatly appreciate it.
