It's raining. Wait, no, duh, it's Seattle. Let me start again:
It's raining in amounts significant enough to be mentioned in Seattle. Unless people are bothered enough to get out their umbrellas and use them, it's never really "raining" in Seattle.
Signing up for a climbing time at REI. Have free pass. That rock wall will be MINE!
Went out exploring for about two hours on foot last night, and I discovered that walking along Westlake road long enough will take you past a beautiful lake and a little field of boats in docks. If you have a lot of money, you could even eat dinner at one of the fancy restaurants on the water and look at the boats go by. It's still unreal for me to see aquatic scenes like that, like all images of ships and docks and oceans exist only in 1000-piece puzzles.
It's the afternoon and my hardcore caffiene jones hasn't hit yet. But I have a feeline I will give into it later, anyway. My *new* excuse to drink espresso drinks is: I'm in Seattle, and I need to learn how they do latte art. Hee hee. Believe it or not, I've learned a few things about latte art and I practive at Cyber Dogs. And if my "art" (which still requires quotation marks, believe me,) isn't "pretty," I fix my design with a spoon. Eh.
