It's Genetic
I'm allergic to our wonderful new kitty, Atticus. She accidentally scratched me a little while climbing onto my lap, and the dots where her claws landed on my arms swelled up. They're red within an inch radius. A few days ago, I hugged her and my face got red and hot for a few hours. Aw. :(
So today I gave her a bath, 'cause I figured a clean cat gets less cat cooties on things. She didn't like it (duh) and now that I've dried her off with a towel, she's wandering around looking like a punk rocker. Atticus also insists on giveing herself a tongue bath now. Total waste of time, cat!
