Cardiff Bears Adventure
So i shoulda posted these 2 weeks ago.. but anyhoo..
The Trip to Cardiff - A Bear Adventure.
So after London Comicon, me steerpikesister and Mark went on to Cardiff.
(huh i think i really should write the LFCC report too.. i met Eve!!! YEAH)
Arrived in cardiff late on sunday evenin, so went strait to the hostel.
Monday morning, we went investigating down to Mermaid Quay and Cardiff Bay.
So of course Jack and Ianto had to have the shot of them a tthe Plas, by the invisible lift
if only i could get them to stand up without falling over...
Yeah... Ianto keep it in ya pants mate!!!!
On the Lift... and YEA the water is on! last tiem we went, the fountain wasnt running... and Grrrr nloody Strawberrys coverin the fountain promotin the Cardiff Festival.
The Millenium Centre. Yea... points to anyone who knows what the welsh says... (yeah i know you cant see all of it!!!)
Yeah... i put the boys down and they start misbehavin!!!!
I think Ianto is tryin to get Jack preggars!
Then we headed on down to Mermaid Quay... to see if we could get into the Info Centre...
The boys act out a few scenes from Fragments...
I think i need to photoshop Ianto holdin a mug of Coffee into this Picture!
Ianto - I REALLY love the coat. give me a job pretty boyo!!! i can has a cyberchick in my basement and i needs a job.
Ianto think Jack smells nice... (and yeah the buildin in the backround was used in Boom Town (Dr Who)
Me Vicky and Mark in front of the Torchwood info Centre. (YEA!)
The Peir where Owen runs off in Day in the Death (twas closed off to public or we woulda ran along it!)
Canons are SO much fun!!!
We found Myfanwy. YEA she changed from a pteradactyl in to a horse!!! See!!!
Ianto reading all the cards left for him!
*sob*
Then went on big yellow Boat trip around the bay. YEA!!!!
Got off at Penarth, and found the cardiff Barage was used in Adrift where the boy gets taken by the rift.
Veiw to Flat Holm island, (aslo used in Adrift )
the boys find a train!
and the Barage opens to let a pirate ship thru!
YEA!
Back at Mermaid Quay again (strange our hol seamed to revolve around Mermaid Quay!!!)
they find a cool pier!
Then we went to Build-a-bear and Ianto got himself a pawsport! and Jack got his stamped!
the woman was quite ammused that he had used all 3 of his visa pages up having got them stamped all accross america!!! go go Jack!!!
then we found where in "Rose" the Autons had atacked rose's mam when she was shoppin.
and that concludes day 1 of cardiff adventures.
