This story lives in my brain. ♥ I love how Jun knows Nino isn't making promises he can't keep. I love how he kind of lies to Sho because they need Sho to be able to deal and the truth isn't something he can handle at the moment. I love how Aiba and Nino are so gleeful. Especially in this world where happiness is the simplest things and this is something dangerous but the thrill of doing it, being that smart and pulling it off AND sticking it to the Ment...yes. Gleeful. It's fun to see because this is how Aiba and Nino are in real life sometimes.

I adore the fact that Ohno kissed Nino in front of everybody. Yes, it is because I am a sucker for them kissing. I like that when Ohno asks about his mom, Nino feels fear. Because there is worse coming. Because he couldn't save his own mom. Because they could lose everybody. It's unstated but it's there and it isn'tthe time for fear, it's the time for bravery and planning and being.

And outside of the emotions of this story: You write action and plot and technology SO WELL. I am so jealous. It's just--it makes my pulse pick up as Nino does his job. I can SEE it, gritty and dark and damp with tension sweat and just amazing. SO JEALOUS.
