CPE final evaluation and cooking
Tonight's tasks:
1)Finish my CPE final evaluation, all 15 pages of it (I'm on question 2 out of 10)... It's an interesting process. I'm on the part right now where I'm evaluating my relationships with my peers. This relationship has been less than I had wanted at times. So my evaluation is understandably difficult to write. How do you express to someone that you are disappointed in your relationship when there is no way to time for making it up? Perhaps that's the beauty of this process. We can forgive and reconcile without earning back any good graces.
2)Make roast chicken and mashed potatoes for T and E (the ones with baby Emma). We're also making the same for ourselves, but we're heating up the house for them. We wouldn't be eating this tonight if we weren't cooking for friends.
3)Finish those damn thank you notes from the wedding. Our anniversary is tomorrow. I guess they'll be postmarked with tomorrow's date. I'm glad we have that year to get them done. We've obviously needed it.
Today at church coffee hour, I had some mango salsa that was out of this world yummy. So Will went to Costco and picked some up for me. Maybe some day I'll have time to make some myself.
