Whining, TV shows, and more whining
*insert pathetic groaning here* The Infantry has definitely landed and I have NO chocolate at home! To top that off, I can't afford any chocolate until Thursday...and maybe not even then!
I'm just not feeling extremely peppy at the moment, to say the least. *groans some more* I really wish I didn't have to be here. I wish that I could be in my bed with the fan blowing in my face and buried up to my butt in Dove chocolate. That'd be good.
Heroes was good last night, for the most part.
I don't buy Claire as a villain one iota. They hired her originally to be the cheerleader and that is what she is. She's too petite and cute. Even when she's trying to be a bad ass. I just feel like tweaking her nose and patting her on the head while saying, "Awww, look at how cute the bad ass is." until she kicks me in the shins.
Awwww, how cute was...cute!Sylar/Gabriel? Yes, I still think Zach Quinto is incredibly sexy when he's in character...no matter what character. My questions are: Who is the mother of his son? Why hasn't Peter been able to glean his power before now? (That seems kind of cop outish to me.) Why is future!Peter considered an outlaw/terrorist in the future? Oh, and now that present!Peter has Gabriel's original power I'm guessing that the "hunger" that comes with this power isn't for powers itself but for the knowledge of how they work? Because if it was a hunger for the powers themselves, Peter wouldn't have to hurt anyone for them.
But that whole scene I expected Gabriel to start dancing about and bursting into song. "If I knew you were comin' I'd have baked a cake! Baked a cake!" He was very endearing and made me want to get to know him and I really upset about his son and when he just lost it. [AWESOME!] (We don't know for sure that was his son. It was just assumed...) That is why I am SO excited to see him as Spock! Spock already strikes me as kind of on the sexy side so...yeah, I'm excited.
That whole scene was fantastic and fun with the fighting using actual super powers for once! YAY! And again, it proves my irritation for Claire. The girl is useless. Yes she's indestructable but unless you plan to implant your life savings inside her digestive tract, she's just kind of there.
Oh! Suresh! I love the creepy crawly thing and the regret he had. It was SO awesome! So that would mean that he never found a way to fix himself it looks like. YesNo?
Hiro/Ando/Mom Petrelli - Ugh. I remember really disliking Ando when the show first started and now I've completely flipped around. I like Ando and I think Hiro is such a retard.
As for Mom Petrelli...they just need to switch the vague foreshadowing to someone else once in a while because coming from her just makes me want to kill her more.
You know, I think they kind of ran out of special effects budget what with the big explosion and the Peter/Peter scenes. The attempted suicide scene with Tracy and Nathan looked like it was filmed in the director's basement in front of a green sheet. It was that and the cheesy way they flew away. I really doubt that's how he would have gotten a hold of her.
I like those two together though. Tracy's character is fun and I want to know her better. So that's good.
So, good episode for the most part. I did enjoy it. :D In fact, it made me want some of my Sylar icons back. I'll have to go digging.
The dialogue of Monday night TV last night had to have been Marshall's "I hate New York!" speech. Cecily and I were dying! "These doorways that are 120 years old!" LOL Awesome.
I really don't think Stella is the chica. There will be something between Ted and her that will just make them both clash enough that they'll break up.
Barney! He needs to work fast now! I'm SO excited for that!
Big Bang Theory wasn't up to it's normal funny par last night. It was still really funny but just not as gut bustingly funny as I usually find it.
I think my favorite part was the end actually. Penny snapped out of her addiction when Howard showed up in the online game. LOL I just adore Howard!

So I'm feeling yucky right now. They were out of Coke in the vending machine in the lunch room. I had to settle for Dr. Pepper! That's just all kinds of wrong!
I'm just relieved that I only have a half hour left. And Craig! I taped Craig last night so he can make me feel better when I get home.
