One word from you will silence me forever.
Laides of my flist! Actually, I don't think there are any of those of the male persuasion on my flist that I am aware of. If so, speak up!
Back to the point, ladies, I have a bit of a request of you. Just something to put it a comment, nothing huge. In most of my stories the ending scene has/will have a spectacular sort of monologue at the end where the main male character gives in to his emotions and, I'm sorry to sound cliche about it, confesses his love to the main female character. A sort of "You have bewitched me body and soul." thing if you know what I mean. (I never use the word "bewitched" though. It is incredibly overused.)
Now! I have written one or two concepts to these speeches but more ideas would be fantastic! So, if you already have a guy tell me anything he said that maybe made you flutter a bit. If you don't, tell me what you would like for a man to say to you in this kind of situation.
The only rule is that you are not allowed to post literature, poetry, or anything that you've read or has been previously published! I'm looking for original ideas after all.
For example. I never do this, but I actually started writing the ending scene to my book, the one I'm the farthest along on about the werewolf 'n stuff. I started writing what he will say to Samantha at the end. He's an extremely eloquent, thoughtful, but soft spoken person.
I started writing and it turned into a poem. Go figure. Please note that this will not be in the story verbatem. It's themed to what he will say, though.

you have stolen my night
and my day
taken my thoughts my every breath
is yours
i cannot protect anything
my weakness rules me without you
if it is madness you see
stop me at once
and i will be silent to my death
madness is all
you have left for me
i will keep it
when i am alone
and protect my madness

all that i am and would be

you steal it from me
it never was there
poisoned
your brew
rushes through my veins
swollen rivers of heat slowly destroy me

my empty shell
my entombed spirit
claustrophobic

return my breath to me
a thief
taken my very life
yet found my wings
and freed me

What is kind of interesting is that the only other "speech" I have written so far is the one that Obi-Wan says at the end of my crazy Star Wars novel lol

This week is FINALLY going to be over soon! Good heavens, it's been forever freaking long! I swear I was going to kill Jenn today because of her buttinskiness. Tracy, my friend and coworker, was about to rip her head off I believe. But *sigh* one more day and I have to work a few hours on Saturday, which will be okay because I'll be by myself, which will be fine.
Things I must do this weekend:
-Change the oil in my car (don't tell Dad!)
-Go shopping with Mumsy
-Sleep!
Oh, and guess what! I am FINALLY going to be able to go to Disney Land! *squees with extreme predjudice!* I have the time off of work already, Cecily just booked the hotel this evening, we're going in June! *leaps up and down* 3 days in Never Never Land :) I am rather excited. It will be the first vacation I actually chose to go on in a while.
It's going to be LEGENDARY!
