Hm. Being a part of those LIMS (Last Icon Maker Standing) challenges can be a bit harsh at times. It's like Survivor, for icons lol You're being voted against if people don't like your entry and you also get comments as to why they're voting against it. So far, I've survived up to 3 rounds but I've always managed to get a few bad votes/comments out of people [Napoleon Dynamite]Yesssssssss![/Napoleon Dynamite]. You have to have somewhat of a tough hide to take what some people say because apparently, everyone is really opinionated when it comes right down to it.
I find I wonder if it would be better to have them simply vote against my icon without any comments to it. But then I would probably go nuts "why? Why? WHY didn't you like it?!" *shake, shake, shake* because I'm paranoid and unstable like that. I guess I'm a tad sensitive about these things because the stuff I do in photoshop along with any other art work I do is one of the few things I enjoy doing and I'm pretty good at and to have someone critique it badly once in a while effects me more than it should because of my already low self esteem. I'm just very protective of the work I do because I enjoy it.
Muuuaah! *

It's just so difficult to think of what people will like. This one freaking shocked me when I saw it had won!
Now, speaking of photoshop stuff:
iowagirl11 I'm going to e-mail you some stuff about your recent request :) I thought I'd post it here but I've already got your e-mail so there's no point.
Hmmmm, I need to upload some of my new icons...
