job success?
HAH! I am (hopefully) triumphant! Behold, today is the last day of my soon to be former job and I have yet to hear back from any of the other positions to which I've applied. And yet, a still small voice in the form of my sister's bellowing tones told me to call the recruiter for Intel to touch base with her, see if I needed anything else to test on et cetera. Left a message and she called me back promptly with the news that there is a position available, only temporary (till September), but at Intel (HAH) and they need someone right away.
I'll be getting a call back later today (squee!)
So cross your fingers, toes, eyes, legs, and arms!
Heee! Not only will I be employed again right when I wanted to be but I will have proven to my parents that when I DO make my own desicions about things I can be successful as well!
