(I don't believe in suicide, but I know that there are times in everyone's life when they would be okay with death as an escape from the pain they feel. This is my romantic view of that feeling.)
I wish you good mourning in the dead of night.
So lonesome I long to sleep forever.
To dream I'll fly away from this life.
The only proof I had lived will be my death.
My greatest desire is to court the reaper,
to dance with death in a cold embrace;
and with a passionate kiss I will greet her,
to witness the joy of her sorrowful face.
Tonight...
If fear is to be alive and I feel nothing,
then what am I to you if I'm not dead?
So come to me my dear sweet angel of darkness,
sweep me off my feet take me away.
My greatest desire is to court the reaper,
to dance with death in a cold embrace;
and with a passionate kiss I will greet her,
to witness the joy of her sorrowful face.
Tonight...
Beautiful pain, stricken expressions;
plague our soulless and grave, romance of passion.
My greatest desire is to court the reaper,
to dance with death in a cold embrace;
and with a passionate kiss I will greet her,
to witness the joy of her sorrowful face.
Tonight...tonight...tonight...
