My cat died. Y'know, the one I've had my entire life. I'm very sad of course, that cat was brilliant, but it can't be helped. Life is determined to hurl everything possible at me. Well she did have a thrombosis last year, and it was nearly finished then but she pulled through. Now though ( Read more... )

It's always difficult to lose a pet :( But at least your old cat had a long and good life with you. And I'm sure that when Sherlock adjusts to living with your family, she will be a great pet, too!

It is, but I do console myself with that thought. She had a good life, in cat years, she was a hundred if not more.

I'm sure Sherlock will adjust, and will become a wonderful pet. At least, as soon as she stops pooping on people that is.

Haha, I hope not XD Butbutbut she ate out of my hand today :D She was still a bit mistrusting, kind of glancing up at me like I was the devil but she ate out of my hand in the end. Bought her some treats too, which she likes a lot. (I'm spoiling her but I don't care~)
