So I went observing at North Pocono Middle School yesterday, which I have to do for my Field II class. I was in this 6th grade remedial math classroom to help the kids out, and I was sitting in a desk on the side of the room. So the teacher introduced me, saying that I went to the University of Scranton and I was there to help them out, and the kids were like, "Oh, whoa, we thought she was just another student, in 7th or 8th grade!" Hahaha. They thought I was one of them. Dammit.

I did have a lovely fall break, though. Quite relaxing, although I wish I had at least done a little bit of work because I have a lot of stuff to do today (yet I feel the need to update my LJ...wtf). On Sunday my parents and I went to NYC to see "Movin' Out" (the Broadway play with the Billy Joel songs) and we also ate dinner at Tavern on the Green (think Ghostbusters). Oh man. It was so fun!! Except that I don't see why everyone loves the city so much. I'm not that impressed with it.

I dyed my hair again. Same color I did last year. Except I don't remember it being so purpley last year. Hmmm.
