(no subject)
Man, this morning around 7 there was a total power outage, even the campus experienced one (and that's like 7 blocks away!) anyways, my emergency power supply for my computer was beeping and beeping, so I thought I could sleep through it but after 10 minutes, not so successful. So i got up and stumbled to the computer and shut it off. I actually said "aah. peace and quiet" and crawled back into bed. THEN the piercing squeal of the carbon monoxide detector was going and no one knew how to fix it, until stephanie just pulled the battery out. But then my dad was trying to learn how to fix it so he let it squeal for liek a half an hour as he played with it. (but he didn't really hear it because he's incredibly deaf)
So yeah... hooray sleep-less-ness....
