So here's the latest column:

It's about my brother coming to MD, how things have changed between my freshman year and his, and general reflections on the end of school. I already received an email about it from the mother one of his friends. The family lives in UP right off campus and apparently gets the Diamondback even through the kids are in elementary and high school. Apparently I made her cry and laugh at the same time. I wasn't going for tears of laughter but I'll take it. That's by far the best response I've received for anything so that made it all worthwhile. I realize I haven't been posting much, which I will again refer to my previous post (I think it was the most recent one) where I said I don't post when I'm happy, and I still am. Sara and I are doing quite well, huzzah!

I've been doing a lot of procrastinating lately which has led to a build-up of work, giving me an easy way to ignore the fact that I'm graduating in a few weeks and stepping out into the great void. I've apparently done my best to get my culture on recently, as in the span of 4 weeks I'll have seen Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Jimmy Eat World/Taking Back Sunday, Dane Cook, and Fall Out Boy in concert. Huzzah for them as well.

Scary to think that I have only two art projects, a presentation, two papers and a final standing between me and my two degrees (150 credits = double degree). Hopefully that means I'm qualified to do something other than work in retail the rest of my life.

Speaking of papers, time to get back to work on one right now. More anxious ramblings later...
