i leave for new york city tomorrow. i'm pretty excited. i almost wish that i was going by myself, which i mean i am, but i'm staying with my madrina. she has tons of stuff planned for us to do but i almost kind of wish that i was spending the entire time by myself. i don't even know what i'm saying. i have these weird moods where all i want to do is explore and be alone and just experience things for myself.
but anyway, i'm still very excited to be going. four days away from home will do me some good. i also leave for college in about a month. that's a topic i'll leave for another day.
