The other 300
I was gonna post a huge entry on how I arrived at the D300s, coming from my two previous cameras (a D40, my first dSLR, and the D5000 which replaced it). But that entry would be very long, and I don't think most of you would care to read the photography babble it would contain.
So, I'll keep this entry short. I'm using a D300s now, and I chose it over the Nikon's latest-and-greatest, the D7000. And yes, I'll have it at Midwest FurFest.
