(no subject)
Sitting here waiting for Hurricane Sandy to come visit us. *sigh* Up to 10 inches of rain in the next 3 days expected. High winds of 50-70 miles per hour. I am surrounded by 60 TALL mature oak trees that just love to look like they are going to fall on my house in the wind.
AND....AND As if the Hurricane isn't enough, it is going to meet and mingle with a rather large Winter Storm system that is heading down from the north. We shouldn't see any snow, but there are people out west of us who might get slammed with it.
Last year on Halloween we had 7 inches of snow. I thought that was bad enough. I would rather have that than this!!!
Well if you don't hear from me for a few days/ weeks you will know that our electricity is out. Can't update from my phone, but GW and FB are good.
