I just finished a book titled the $100 Startup. The book is geared toward people who want to start a business with very low startup cost, be it $100, $1000, $10,000, whatever is low to the individual. For people who want few, if any employees. It is geared toward jobs that require little training and experience. He qualifies this by saying ALL businesses require experience but he means skills you can learn on the job and not experience and training you would need to be a dentist.
The author states that the new business should be your passion and this is where I get stuck.
What is my passion. gg_art suggested I take the Myers-Briggs test. I have done that, and other personality tests given by my employer but they were to help me on my job and not to help me find my passion. The results of one of those tests may be helpful now that I know what I am looking for. I am looking for my passion.
I suppose not having a passion isn't all bad. If I have no passion, how could I have attachments?
