OK SO. As for permissions for Pluto. She has the power to know stuff about people's pasts, presents, and future, BUT due to the stuff that has happened to her powers because of the game's plot, her abilities in this regard have been severely restricted. As a result, Pluto can only decipher REALLY big and important things about people, places, and things after connecting/talking with/looking at people/finding out names for some time. All other things are clouded and really vague and almost impossible for her to see now.
To give an example, Pluto would be able to see, to give a KH example, that Roxas is another self of Sora or that he has Ventus' heart, or even that sea-salt ice cream was important to him. She wouldn't be able to decipher minute unimportant details about him, like, say, the shape of his zipper when he was living in DiZ's digital world, or what color underwear he wore during his first Struggle tournament or whatever.
Anyhoo, you can choose ANY event you want. Past, present or future, as long as it's something pretty important to the character's past, present or future. Even then Pluto will not always comment directly on it, or when she does, she will usually be very vague, as it's in her nature to not be too revealing, especially when it comes to the future. The only exception to this rule is when she talks to Yuuko, because Yuuko's vague too, so they totally understand each other, yo.
