I knew there was a reason I liked Carnagie Mellon.

My sister came over on Saturday and helped me clean the house. Afterwards we went over to Goodwill and I picked up a few nice shirts and a sweater. Then from there we went to Books-A-Million and then to dinner.
I installed a DOS emulator last night so now I can play all those great DOS games like doom and quake and wolfenstein. yay. I also started using fluxbox instead of gnome and I really like it a lot. It's nice and clean looking. KDE is way too bloated for my tastes...unless I customized it to death which I'm not patient enough to do. yeah.
I need to start working on my list of Christmas gifts and also Christmas cards soon or else they'll never get done.
Lastly, I found out a few days ago that, within the next few months, my friend Dan and his dad are going to be moving to California. I understand why they're going, but it's still like...wow. Kind of weird. :| He might only end up moving to Tampa and live with his mom instead, which wouldn't be quite so far, but still two hours.
Life is crazy.
