IC INFORMATION

NAME; Albert Wesker
SERIES/FANDOM; Resident Evil

APPEARANCE; About the only time Wesker has never dressed in black or navy blue would be the years he worked as an Umbrella scientist. What he has always worn, though, is a pair of signature black sunglasses. It is unsure why he did before he was turned into a viral weapon, but he never seems to take them off, even at night. Before he broke away from Umbrella he was usually seen in tactical gear for S.T.A.R.S. After wards, when he had made his way into upper society and taken on a more important role as a high-ranking secret agent, Wesker began dressing in nicer clothes, all of which were black. He is usually seen wearing black slacks, turtle neck, jacket, and gloves. It's a stark contrast against his pale skin and blond hair.

ABILITIES;
• Rapid healing
• Incredible strength
• Hyper speed
• Enhanced agility

Weaknesses...

• Megalomaniac / Pride
• Head shots, obviously
• Sacrificed his humanity to gain power (psychotic behavior (enhanced?), acute memory loss, prone to exhibit extremely violent behavior or rage)
• Paranoia

PERSONALITY; Conniving and dark, Albert Wesker is a classic "evil genius" with a dash of megalomania and a whole lot of power. The blond rogue agent believes himself to be a god, with genetic monsters as his creations. Wesker is fond of making friends in high places to further his own means, but should a problem arise, the man will not hesitate to instantly turn from his former allies. Alliances are nothing to him and can change from day to day. Paranoia has certainly taken it's toll.

Wesker has a certain talent for manipulating chances into his favor. It's no secret that he has failed here and there, but the backstabbing agent has managed to salvage good things from those failures. It could be said a weakness of his is planning too much, each detail meticulously thought out in his head before every plan. A problem of Wesker's is that he relies on human patterns to be too predictable, sometimes slipping up because of this. Never the less, Albert is able to handle being a triple-agent well, knowing how to read his "allies."

Wesker also has an amazing ego, believing himself to be perfect. Of course, the man has always been intimidating, but never had he spoke so highly of himself before the transformation. Albert considers no one as his equal or superior. The agent lets all know, whether they want to or not, just how much better than them he is.

HISTORY; It could be said that Wesker's life didn't start until the day he turned 17, and was accepted among the ranks of the smartest researchers from Umbrella Corporation, a pharmaceutical giant. He was favored by Umbrella co-founder James Marcus and assigned to the Management Training Facility. It was here that he met his only true friend, a fellow trainee, William Burkin. The two became colleagues and accomplices for the years to come, and were regarded by Marcus as his best apprentices. In 1978, the two were transferred to the Arklay Research Facility after the Training Facility closed down, and continued their research on the viral strain, the T-Virus. They were soon appointed Chief Researchers. Their research lasted over 13 years and finally came to fruition in 1988, when the bio-organic weapon, the Tyrant, was created. Soon after, they were ordered by Ozwell E. Spencer to assassinate their former teacher and steal all his research. Shortly after, research yielded the discovery of the G-Virus, a virus which would be responsible for Wesker's assent into superhuman territory.

In 1996, Albert formed the Raccoon City Police Department's S.T.A.R.S unit as a cover, and served as its captain and leader of the Alpha Team. Two years afterward, a series of strange murders threw the team into the madness that is forever referred to as the Mansion Incident. After Bravo Team became lost in the Arklay mountains, the Alpha unit was sent in to look for their team. Little did the unsuspecting officers know that it was just a ruse set up by their captain. The real reason for the dispatch of both teams was to collect test data for the viral monstrosities that were released into the mansion. Most of the team perished, leaving only Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, and Rebecca Chambers to continue on and hopefully get out. Shortly before Wesker released his final nightmare, the Tyrant, onto the three S.T.A.R.S members, the double-agent (who at the time was working with Umbrella's competitors, promising them the Tyrant test data) injected himself with Burkin's early strain of the G-Virus. Minutes later, he was supposedly killed by the Tyrant, suffering from a giant claw through his gut. Wesker revived the moment that the self-destruct sequence was activated on the mansion, learning that the Tyrant had been killed by none other than his former team, and vowed revenge against Valentine and Redfield. Raccoon city fell to infection days later.

Suffice to say, Wesker escaped his explosive fate, only suffering the loss of his position in Umbrella and with the competing company. Being one of Umbrella's top scientist and a formidable black ops agent quickly found him another job amongst the Hive/Host Capture Force, infiltrating an Umbrella research facility in Antarctica. His goal was the T-Veronica virus, the only known sample inside a female scientist thought dead. It was here on this island that he was able to have a reunion with his most hated enemy, Chris Redfield. Of course, except for a few scuffles here and there, Wesker's main focus was retrieval of the viral sample. Unfortunately, due to interference from Redfield and his sister, Wesker lost his chance at the original sample, and had to make due with an infected host.

In 2003, Wesker had long moved on from his former employers, striking out with his new allies, The Agency, to collect the rest of the virus strains tucked away in Umbrella research labs all over the world. In the dead of winter, in Russia, he found his gold mine of Umbrella information and gained even more power. After defeating one of the last great officers of the dying corporation, the blond agent managed to collect an A.I. known as the Red Queen, the greatest information bank of Umbrella. Every virus the corporation made was cataloged and Wesker gained all of the company's assets. Each sordid secret that the company kept was leaked by Wesker, finally destroying Umbrella and sending the world on a manhunt for the only surviving Umbrella scientist left, Ozwell E. Spencer.

After the fall of Umbrella, Wesker's Agency superiors knew how much of a problem the man could be. They knew that all Albert cherished was his desire for power, prominence, and domination over others. When Umbrella folded, and the protection it provided was ruined by internal power struggles, Wesker sought to resurrect the company like many of it's experiments under his leadership. To this end, he made contact with the "S" Corporation and served as one of their operatives. The Agency was well aware of Wesker's treachery, and sent out their most loyal field agent, Ada Wong, to keep track of him. Ada pretended to work with the blond egomaniac, going so far as to be the one to retrieve a viral strain, the "Las Plagas", for him, only to leave behind a fake sample. Fortunately for the lady in red, Ada made off soon after, escaping Wesker's future wrath. But the man is not fooled, and will do everything in his power to see that everything goes according to plan.

SAMPLE

The normal human views the world in 60 frames per second. Wesker could see up to 4000 frames per second on a good day.

He watched an enemy Hunter, a reptilian creature first born by his and Birkin's hands, that leap at him in slow motion at 400 fps. It was still a bit disorienting after nearly a decade of having the abilities, but the blond, black ops agent had gotten quite used to it. It was because he had almost a decade of practice with this kind of thing that he saw almost five seconds ahead of the creature, calculated how far and fast he would have to travel to reach the creature, and then measured how much force he would have to apply to his leg so that when a hi-kick connected with the side of the creature's face, it would snap the vertebrae. In the end, the self-proclaimed god rolled easily out of the way of an otherwise deadly claw swipe, traveled exactly 2.3 feet in a fourth of a second. The fatal kick delivered to the creature's head delivered a satisfying snap, an obvious sign of vertebrae turning almost completely around.

Wesker watched in normal speed as the creature crumpled to the ground, smiling at his work before racing off to his objective. He had spent too much time on one creature, anyway.
