A Texas Twitter Twister

Jul 13, 2013 03:14

Uhm, yeah. So I actually wasted several hours of a perfectly good Friday evening doing... this.

And yes, I realize that counting blades of grass in the front yard would have been more useful.

Btw, THANK YOU, Gov. Perry. Sen. Dewhurst, Sen. Campbell, and many others…for carrying out the will of the people.
- Guy Benson (@guypbenson) July 13, 2013

@guypbenson You keep using the phrase "will of the people." I do not think it means what you think it means.
- Aaron Lanterman (@abovenyquist) July 13, 2013

@abovenyquist I've just read…every single poll.
- Guy Benson (@guypbenson) July 13, 2013

@guypbenson MIssed one. http://t.co/hc2oM8asv6 (granted, the 80% figure has been misleadingly reported in articles quoting this one)
- Aaron Lanterman (@abovenyquist) July 13, 2013

Plus, abortion is dangerous in any case, . @aenoblin . @ccitizen21 @WendyDavisTexas, regardless of who performs it.
- David Marr (@The_DMarr14) July 13, 2013

@The_DMarr14 @ccitizen21 @WendyDavisTexas "Abortion safer than giving birth: study" Read it b4 your misquote it. http://t.co/3Jg2btvlwz
- Aaron Lanterman (@abovenyquist) July 13, 2013

Once again Texas shows its greatness. Passing a new law stating that you cant have an abortion after 20 Weeks. #prolife #justdonthavesex
- Rob Blair (@Robbob9000) July 13, 2013

@Robbob9000 Easy peasy -- and I suppose you can just add "don't have any health complications" and "don't get raped" to that.
- Aaron Lanterman (@abovenyquist) July 13, 2013

All bills of the sort Texas passed today should be known simply as Gosnell laws http://t.co/mglblok7Zj
- Hugh Hewitt (@hughhewitt) July 13, 2013

@hughhewitt @hughhewitt isn't it funny a serial killer like gosnell was totally ignored by the LSM yet they r obsessed by the TM/GZ trial
- mark n thomas (@beereal57) July 13, 2013

@hughhewitt The grand irony is that bills like this are just going to lead to more cases Gosnell's. But I doubt that's what you meant.
- Aaron Lanterman (@abovenyquist) July 13, 2013

@beereal57 @hughhewitt Agree the TM/GZ is overcovered, but it's untrue to say the Gosnell story was ignored. http://t.co/DjIPf5DDw1
- Aaron Lanterman (@abovenyquist) July 13, 2013

@abovenyquist @hughhewitt. Not true and u know it
- mark n thomas (@beereal57) July 13, 2013

@beereal57 @hughhewitt I yield to your vast body of evidence, clear, logical reasoning, and rhetorical brilliance.
- Aaron Lanterman (@abovenyquist) July 13, 2013

Shamefully, the Texas Senate just voted to pass a law leaving tens of thousands of Texans without access to life-saving care.
- Wendy Davis (@WendyDavisTexas) July 13, 2013

Shamefully, @WendyDavisTexas still thinks killing babies is a terrific idea.
- Resist Tyranny (@ResistTyranny) July 13, 2013

@WendyDavisTexas Shamefully, @ResistTyranny thinks that laws that will increase the number of back-alley abortions is a terrific idea.
- Aaron Lanterman (@abovenyquist) July 13, 2013

Thanks for the #Gosnell supporter perspective, @abovenyquist
- Resist Tyranny (@ResistTyranny) July 13, 2013

@WendyDavisTexas @ResistTyranny The Texas GOP is on a path to create more Gosnells, not less. The die is cast. http://t.co/DjIPf5DDw1
- Aaron Lanterman (@abovenyquist) July 13, 2013

#Gosnell operated where #abortion was "safe and legal." @abovenyquist
- Resist Tyranny (@ResistTyranny) July 13, 2013

@ResistTyranny Failure to read article and/or understand its points detected.
