Stephen Colbert on the "but it's snowing, therefore global warming is a hoax" hypothesis

I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry that so many people, especially people responsible for the crafting of legislation, consider this to be a valid scientific argument.

There may be legitimate scientific points to be made about the global warming debate, but "look, it's snowing a lot in this one spot, therefore it's a hoax" isn't one of them.
