To our new dishwashers at the Onsen: please stop breaking into the sake cabinets during work. The sake we carry is expensive and while I cannot speak for the manager, know that I will not be paying for whatever you consume. In addition, if you feel you MUST imbibe, do so after-hours, our chefs need clean dishes for a reason and some of the dishes we sent in came out dirtier than they had been before.
Further, please stop falling asleep on the job, especially in the pots and pans. It would be... unpleasant if a cook happened to not notice your presence until after they began cooking.
