The preparations for the Onsen banquet are coming along quite nicely. I know this will be hard for the other employees, which is why I'll be paying out of my own pocket a bonus to all Onsen employees, based on how well they do in serving our customers. I am happy to pay a bonus, but I also want all of the employees to work hard.
The bonus will also include a special employee-only feast that I will prepare myself after the party has concluded. Please work hard, everybody!
