His lack of restraint for one, although he seems to have gotten better about it. I am not one to act before all the cards are in place exactly as I wish, and he doesn't seem the patient sort.

Don't try to tell me you don't see it. The Anti-Spiral has power. Watered down, no doubt the work of the island, but in the fullness of time... This is a being that feels no fear, no pain, nothing at all. Do you think I would bother speaking with it if I didn't see its potential usefulness?

Power is useful, yes, but not if it cannot be controlled. Those I called I did not judge by power alone but by ability. While he can certainly be made useful, I do not see a need to keep him advised on our plans, only what he needs to do.
I admire your willingness to take the initiative, but in the future I do ask that you speak with at least myself before inviting them to join us.
