I've been thinking, the last time we held a formal banquet at the Onsen, it did rather well and was a lot of fun. Would anybody be interested in having another? Paper plates? I would never think to use such things for a banquet. No, we will be using the best dishware we have available. I imagine there will be quite a bit of dishes, so please make sure to handle them carefully. Since we'll be rotating them constantly, I will be leaving specific instructions for the quick cleaning and sanitization of all dishes to prepare them for use again as soon as possible. I'll have to leave Ms. Etna a copy as well, so she can make sure the staff understands the expected standards.
