POTD -- Aussie's top ten edition
Lucky number seven! Drum roll, please. My number seven reason I love a/r is because they work in any time or place.
What do I mean by that? Well, they aren’t with anyone else during any time of the show (ignoring flashbacks), therefore you can take their characters from any season and imagine them as an already romantically involved couple. They can plausibly be starting their romance, or becoming frak buddies, just about any time during the four seasons. Anything is possible! Including pre-attacks!
I also love how well the characters work in a/u settings/situations (if you hadn't noticed). They are truly timeless.
So many possibilities in season one. Even when they're at their lowest point Laura was thinking, 'you’ve thrown me in the brig, but I understand, and I find you really cute’. (Quote from MM, btw.)
Possibilities in season two? Yeah baby.
Honestly, until Hera's discovery, there's hardly a harsh word passed between them in season 3. (Because they were obviously too busy frakking like bunnies to make up for that four months separated...) No, no one can imagine that they might be frakking from their quiet nights at home discussing genocide.
And pre The Hub season four? They were simply roomies... Sure...
