POTD - Prompt edition
For our 2nd prompt we used the old chestnut of the five times Bill and Laura didn't kiss and the one time they did.
I started things off with the unconventional and rather depressing An Emotional Thing
Then we had defyingnormalcy post Don't be so Blue, So Blue my Love
cynicalangel88 offered us a vid she called Kiss the Girl
bugsfic and I swapped our usual MOs when she wrote the fluffy Sixth Time is a Charm
And frakcancer threw off at my modern music knowledge again with a vid The night is so long with no end in sight
For my pics, I was very angry that I had TOO many scenes to choose from for the non-kisses. grrrr...
The first scene we needed a kiss is a no-brainer. We surely all agree on this one:
Another one we probably would all agree on. They *must* have kissed after this discussion and the credits rolled:
Kobol. Reunions. My favourite setting for secksy times. But I'll settle for a little 'glad you're okay' kiss. Yes, that is Bill she's giving that look to. ♥
So many reunions. So few kisses. In a poll here once, the comm voted that the most likely first secksy times for Bill and Laura was straight after the exodus from New Caprica. But what did RDM give us? Laura kissing Baltar (gak!!!) and flirting with Zarek (ick). This is their first scene together. They are acting married, that's for sure. And Laura looks so good, I have to think there was a kiss.
This scene kills me with its sweetness. I just love love love everything about it. Except that they never gave each other a goodbye kiss.
But later, they made up for it -- and some. The best screen kiss EVAH. ♥
