POTD - Bill smiles edition
As I said yesterday, Bill is related to, or has known many of the characters for years, and is therefore much more comfortable with smiling at them. However, he does save some very special smiles for Laura. I do like how he is very hesitant to smile at her initially, and even later, as he gets to know her better, he does that very very cute thing where he tries not to smile. ♥
I do believe that Laura had a dry sense of humour that not many people understood. (Baltar, for example, NEVER gets it.) Bill, though, thought she was funny right from the start, I think. Even when he was unsure about her motives, he still laughs at her attempts at wit.
The mini: He's smiling because she has taken the time to visit him, and she's not slapping him down. (Also known as: 'Is it my comfy quarters, the noodles, or my unbuttoned tunic you like, Madam President?')
Season one: Smiling because they are sharing a joke, and she's not slapping him down about saying the word 'screwed'.
Season two: Smiling because she obviously enjoyed his kiss, and she's not slapping him down about it.
Season three: Smiling because she can make jokes about genocide whilst flashing her legs, and she's not slapping him down for insisting this decision is suddenly not military.
Season four: Smiling because she *did* just slap him. *sniff*
There are some other very special smiles they give each other. I'm saving them up for their own special posts! :)
