Yes, that's the crazy thing about the UB speech. It takes Bill about 5 mins to ignore all his declarations. Sitting by the death bed of a young pilot and comparing her to the daughter he never had is not keeping his distance. I kinda love that Bill is so easily swayed to be soft though...
