I have never really accepted that the visions Laura had where of her own making. They harken very much to the actual final scenes in Daybreak, with Lee and Kara there before she goes, and then just Bill and the ring, and I wonder if perhaps they were more prescient, than dream like images.
I do find bill in the visions to be quite shippy, but Laura is so stand offish as the observer that they feel almost anti shippy to me.
Yes the last 5 minutes are at the top of the ship meter, and I think that is what everyone voted for. I think it's funny that SQN went so fast when it is basically a Bill love letter to Laura, but because they have no scenes together it is "less shippy" or Six of One when it is so coupley, but not particularly romantic.
And I fall in line with the others here who say the about time is probably because he had said it, knew she loved him and was happy she finally admitted it or, and this just occurs to me, with his own realization in SQN perhaps he is saying it for both of them. "Glad we finally pulled our heads out" kinda thing. That actually works pretty well as an alternate theory i think.
