There's still a while left for me in La Quinta, this desert hot wasteland whose only vegetation is weeds and palm trees and manicured golf courses and lawns. I'm sure it's quite charming in the "off-season" a.k.a. winter, but I'm here right now

s weird how romantic relationships can seem so meaningful and important, I get caught up in that here and there. I don't even know her! So unimportant; who I am is so much more important than what some random, really good-looking girl thinks of me. That said, a new friend would be pretty sweet.
