No, it's no longer Johanna, but Sherry Roush. Anyway, what I'm interested in is: do you think she submitted that picture herself? If so, it's very funny; if not, it's very rude. I'd quite like to know, so as I can set my hilarity / third-person-offense levels appropriately.

Not that I know of, but I don't know that many of them. I'm not sure if it would be necessarily misogynistic, just rude. After all, none of the other female faculty members have cartoons instead of photos.

I wouldn't have thought to doubt that she selected Betty Boop herself. I've known several women who used Boop as a personal icon.
