1. Riding a horse is pretty much the most fun thing you can do with a non-human animal.
2. Gin is good.
3. Ireland still has the best mountains in the world, but New Mexico's are rather fine too.
4. Mexican coke tastes like European and kosher coke, and unlike mainstream US coke. (Mexicans, Europeans and observant Jews are the ones in luck here.)
5. American Indigenous culture is something I'd be interested in experiencing / learning about more.
6. After a year in the Catholic church I'd forgotten: a) how annoying the Episcopal prayer book / hymnal / bulletin shuffle is; b) how fantastic their hymns are.
7. There really are people who like Bush in America. I even kind of like some of them. (Ergo, I guess I second-order like Bush.)

9. One can buy t'shirts with what looks like the Coca Cola logo on, but actually say Come Caca. I'd quite like one, but would probably never wear it.
10. The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and Tsotsi are both worth a watch.
