casting went up for you're a good man charlie brown, and i'm happy to say that there wasn't a devistating cast list this time around.. in fact, it turned out pretty much as i had predicted [which never happens at dean] so this makes me a happy guy. the show is all sliced up anyway- as in the leads' songs and lines are given away to other characters anyway, so the only difference between, say schroeder, and a part they created is that schroeder still has the solo beethoven day, and most of his lines have been given away to 2 or 3 of the created roles.
i'm schroeder, so you know. so i guess i'm singing beethoven day, and as far as i know that's all. i'll find out what else i'm doing at rehearsal on tuesday. but hey, if i need this on my resume at least schroeder is considered a good lead anyway. all the original characters are leads, so that's very cool.
on a side note, apparently a buttload of people agree with me about what i wrote last about anything goes. so that makes me feel loads better, and this casting definitely helped as well. it's good how quickly things can turn for the better.
