[ She managed to wander away Madison doesn't do anything for Lent. Hell, she's not even religious anymore because of years of hypocrisy from the church going far enough from organized religion in most forms. Overhearing things like this for years, is easily what made her lose a lot of faith in organized religion.

However, she can't exactly say to others that they should get away from religion all together. (Alright, she could, she probably has tried a few times in fact.) Although she had much commentary to say about what happened since it had made world headlines, none of what Madison had in mind would have been fitting for the situation.

Madison leaned against the door frame, cleaning her glasses while rubbing her forehead. A drink does sound good now. ] I agree.

They're jackasses.

[ It really isn't. Plus, she'd argue as foolish as he is, he has sense sometimes. She acknowledges the subtle motion, and goes to the mini-fridge, looks around in it. There, here's a drink.

After closing the fridge Madison decides to sit down. ] A bunch of assholes who are trying to cover their own tracks.

[ Opening the can, with a heavy sigh. This was humiliating. Towards Wisconsin, towards Milwaukee, towards her. Not in the sense of a humiliating loss, but humiliating in the sense they were trying to do something about it. But especially for the victims. Seeing the arguments that were being made - made her sick.

She took a long drink. ]

[ She slowly nods when he puts her glasses back on and takes another drink, relaxing her shoulders. ] Yep. All over the goddamn state.

[ She wanted to add "You shouldn't be surprised." or "I wonder how much damn money did they spend on that?" but that would not be a good idea even if she did sincerely believe that. Madison held her tongue. ]
