- Grilled asparagus and tofu - lightly tossed with sesame oil, sprinkled with sea salt and pepper
- Roll your own spring rolls with noodles, julienned carrots and green onions, thinly sliced cucumbers, bean sprouts, mint, basil, cilantro and shitake mushrooms, shrimp was optional
Dipping sauces included a peanut/hoisin dip with coconut milk and a rice vinegar mix
- Pan fried wide rice noodles with sugar snap peas, fried tofu and shitake mushrooms
- Dessert was supposed to be red bean soup with coconut milk, but ended up being fresh tangerines
*We left the shrimp out because one of our friends is vegetarian
