as far as my most recent post goes, I think I may understand one of the roots of the problem(s):
It is (or it seems like it is) OK for everyone to say "No", "Not now", "That's not OK" except me.
Whether this is self-imposed or social pressure, I'm not sure, but it is clear that certain people don't allow my autonomy. Sometimes "Not you, me." IS an ok answer, right? It's got to be, to some questions. The answer to every question cannot be "you", because that's when I misplace "me". And our friendship cannot be "yours" but must be "ours".
Or else, I may ask you to shove it up "your" ass.
