How she'll see your character

While she can see with light, she places heavy emphasis on her Sila-sight - sort of like how we prioritize light-sight over our other senses like smell. Souls are pieces of Sila, basically, and so if you have a soul she can detect you through a wall. Life-force and other sources of energy (very high body temperature, high internal energy i.e. electricity or excitement) are also visible, and she can vaguely discern those things from soul-Sila. But there's a lot of Cicero characters who are either therefore very rich in Sila (i.e. magical), or very poor in it (i.e. robots). SO, for my own sanity and in case any of you are curious, I put together a neat little list of categories, organized from greatest Sila to poorest. It's not going to make much sense unless you've read the 'abilities' part of her app.

Living with a magical/enhanced soul or energy: Anything exceptionally powerful, exceptionally old, or otherwise more connected to unseen forces. You're VERY bright to her, proportionate to age/wisdom/power. Your wishes might even project themselves without aid (feel free to slip this into comment narration if you want to!). This relates back to shamans: they were "enhanced" souls, through their wisdom, age and connection to nature, so the wish spirits were attuned to their needs and desires.

Living with a soul: You're a regular person, or something like it. She sees you fine. The higher energy you are internally, the more of her attention you'll have. If you're very cold internally, she can still see you fine, but will be less inclined to do anything about it. Depending how badly you want a wish, she can probably grant you one if you just say it and you're standing close, but she'll be sapping your energy. The energy-sap registers to more powerful things as just a chill, but to this group, it might even be a sudden overwhelming coldness or they might pass out - it's better to use a fire or make wishes at auspicious times of the year (full moon, northern lights, etc).

Non-living souls: You're a bit blurry, but she can see you fine - soul but no life force. Applies if you're dead but still have a soul, like some ghosts and any undead who have souls, or if you're somehow a robot with a soul. (On the other hand, if you're a magical spirit-soul thing then you'll be quite bright to her anyway, because you're connected to Sila.)

The soulless living: You have a life-force but no soul. It might take her a moment to register your presence, because her light-sight and Sila-sight aren't quite meshing, so she has to adjust her focus. She probably can't grant you wishes without a big bonfire, but you're a disgusting freak of nature so she probably wouldn't want to anyway.

The soulless nonliving-but-animated: This applies to things like robots, potentially also the undead. There's energy in their bodies, but no actual Sila-derived life-force, and no soul. She'll see you, but will be inclined to think you're a rock, and will have a hard time hearing you unless she focuses. You confuse the shit out of her.

The soulless nonliving/nonanimated: There aren't many of these around, really... any dead people who aren't truly embodied and don't have a soul (i.e. the Silent Hill people) are essentially completely devoid of energy, as far as she's concerned. She can't see you without help, like a small fire, or during the northern lights, etc.

A note on wishes: it can be phrased in any sort of 'I want,' 'I wish,' 'If only,' 'I hope' etc as long as it's a direct expression of desire for whatever, so in this way she can kind of 'trick' you into it (though you want it anyway apparently, but I'll always ask). She can also influence good luck / bad luck.
