Mr M is very taken with Thomas Gould's version of this. We saw him at the Albert Hall last year. Excellent.

It seems to be all there is. It's on her website and I assume it's in aid of flogging the Naxos CD which includes the piece. I'd buy it but I have Iona Brown's recording.
