Blood red disk in the sky

I don't know if it was the freaky blood red sun, but I have been very active this morning. On the way home at O-GOD O'Clock, I was feeling so active I even jogged a few blocks - got to work on my breathing more. Then when I got home I decided to be enviro-friendly and bucket out the water from my shower. I carried about a dozen full buckets out to the front garden to water the plants. I am sure that I looked strange doing lifting them up and down over my head, but thought my arms could do with a bit of a work out. I then did my morning set of stomach crunches. I have the start of a two pack, and I am determined to have a six pack by this time next year. I can't wait to get into a regular work out routine. Then while bored at the dungeon I used rope to do some skipping, and did a set of push ups on the stairs.

The sun early in the morning was very freaky, at first it was just a blood red disk, then as it rose it changed to a bright orange. All the smoke from the bushfires is playing havoc with my friends asthma. But it is sure making for some pretty mornings.

So looking forward to tomorrow, kitling and co midsummer party, won't be much at the party but will help to set up. The fireballs gig, really looking forward to this!! Then oxide after that then nemesis after that... sleep all saturday I think...
hope everyone has a good festive season if they do that kind of thing.
