so yea Im still sad that all my friends arent as close as we used to be. Last year seemed to be just so much fun! now its just more stressful.I mean dont get me wrong, Its fun to see everyone, but theres just so much drama. People at our school are so self absorbed and alot of them care too much about what other people think. Everybody is just too into themselves. And Im not saying Im never selfish, oh my believe me I have my times.But I dont know Part of it is just that were in highschool and everybody changes but also its has so much to do with like what we r used to. Like I was talking to these 2 new girls today at lunch about how different our school is from theirs. They were all like saying that right away they felt like they wouldnt be accepted at PHS and they were talking about how at their school nobody cared If you were like best friends with all the preps and then with all the goth people too.And like all of them are so into homecoming and they all get really into it and dont care that they look stupid just because its fun. I mean Im not saying that their school was perfect because Im sure it was not but I wish at least our school was a little less about how we act and how we dress and who were friends with. I mean think about it. 50 years from now is it really going to matter that so and so didnt like you. I mean these are supposed to be the best years of our lifes and we spend too much time wasting it on childish fights and stupid clicks.I mean be funny once in a while everybodys to uptight, wear a crown to school get involved in mathletes,become friend with someone we havent even met before.I think that if we all just loosened up a little we would enjo ourselves more. If Ive learned anything in freshman year its that its easier just to be yourself, respect others, and try not to be mean to other people. Its not that big of a deal how You dress or how you act because news flash.. you pretty much the only one who cares.. i mean unless you show up naked to school or something.. dont be ridiculous.. but seriously. I think we all just need to stop all the dumb attention stnts and just be ourselves. people will like You better that way. Trust me.
