I'm really not sure what's wrong with me. :l I just felt so bad for everyone running around frightened about malware over at that LJ comm. What started as a small experiment and simple comment ended up as a full-on guide to browser protection. I haven't really followed the issue itself, but that thread was in serious need of a geek. XD; Aww, was it that bad? I wanted someone who doesn't know a lot about computers to be able to read it; afterall, there's a lot of misinformation out there; there's fear and awareness without knowledge.

I installed NoScript. I had it before but I got rid of it because the icon is ugly. XD But you say its good, so I'm putting it back. I have no Spyware on here though. Just ran Adaware and Defender last week. Clean as a whistle.

Good! I can't even imagine using FF without NoScript on Windows. o_o;

And you probably don't, but once you do, it's almost all over at this point. You have to reinstall. Not to make you paranoid or anything, but you might check out Rootkit Revealer. Um, if you don't know what it is or why MS bought it, well, I have to go and will explain later. XD;

Got ride of NoScript now. XD Was annoying. It wouldn't let me log into anything. Almost got temporarily banned at PC. @@

And, haven't heard of that before. Does it just tell me if I have stuff or will it remove it too?
